Laura Downing

Residing in Brisbane, Laura is fast becoming one of Australia's most sought after entertainers. This multi award winning, multi talented YODELLER, COMEDIENNE and BALLADEER has toured extensively throughout Australia, New Zealand and Europe and has worked with or shared the stage with such names as Lee Kernaghan, Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey and many more. She now has four vocal albums to her credit and a "Live in Concert" DVD and Video.

Some places Laura has performed in South Australia and Victoria include:- Barmera, Mildura, Lake Charlegrark, Adelaide Country Music Club and the Spencer Gulf Country Music Festival at Hugo's Place - Lincoln Park (near Port Augusta). In 2002 Laura was inducted into the Rocky Page Hall of Fame in Barmera, SA.

Laura tells many very amusing "Yarns". She has been known to stop her performance in mid stream for a picture!
