Evan Plaschinda
Evan started playing guitar & singing in his early teens and grew up on country music then played in bands for many years performing whatever was popular on the charts at the time. He has performed at Tamworth CMF for the past ten years & in 2008 was a grand finalist in the Australian Bush Balladeers Star Quest, the year before grand finalist in the Gidgee Coal awards in Pittsworth QLD & in 2010 a top 5 finalist in the Northern Territory song writing awards. Evan recorded 4 albums including one with 100% Australian content including 6 originals 3 written by himself & 3 by Terry Bennetts. Performing in most major festivals throughout Australia, Boyup Brook WA is a first & one that he is very much looking forward to.
