SA music legend, JIM HERMEL is joined by Virginia & Lynette Coad and perform together as JIM HERMEL & THE HOT CHIX, performing the 1950's rock'n'roll classics of Little Richard, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Fats Domino, etc. The group's debut album, "Keep A'Rockin," has been a huge seller, and the band tours the mainland states of Australia on a full-time basis.
Jim Hermel has toured the USA many times, performing over sixty US concerts, television shows, and on live radio. He has performed on the same show as Jerry Lee Lewis, been backed by Willie Nelson's band, and recorded with Kris Kristofferson's band, Jim has eleven albums to his credit since first recording back in 1976, but it is the live performances for which Jim is best known.
