NOMINATION FORM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Nominations close 5:00pm on Friday 12 August 2022

We are inviting music lovers to nominate who they think is worthy of a WA Country Music Award. Artists and songwriters are also encouraged to nominate themselves.

It will greatly assist with the pre-judging stage if nominations include a web link to your nominated West Australian artist.  If you are an artist, nominating your own work, please submit an MP3 of all songs you wish to nominate. You can nominate in as many categories as you wish but each artist requires a separate nomination form.

At the close of the nomination period, Friday 12 August 2022, nominations will be checked for eligibility. The Country Music Club of Boyup Brook will then contact nominees and ask them if they wish to proceed to the next round.

If nominees wish to proceed, they will then have to submit their material to be judged by no later than Friday 19 August 2022 before entries are submitted to our music industry judges.

Nominate below or click here to download the nomination form.
