GENERAL UTE AND TRUCK INFORMATION

 

UTE CATEGORY CRITERIA

All Utes will be awarded points out of five for:

  • Overall Appearance

  • Condition of Interior

  • Condition of Engine Bay

STREET

  • Tailored for life on the streets – immaculate and gleaming, well maintained

  • EXTRAS – lights, nudge bar, exhaust, suspension etc

VINTAGE - PRE 1985

  • Original Pre 1985 body with modifications

  • EXTRA - Attention to detail will be noted

TRADIE

  • Must be used for work in a tradie environment

  • Points for tool boxes

  • Reverse beeper

  • Roof Rack

  • Company Signage

4X4 STREET 

  • The Ute that includes everything with full or part-time 4WD off-road capabilities, but never actually goes off-road

  • EXTRAS – bull bar, lights, 4WD accessories

RURAL 

  • Decorated for the Rural Life

  • EXTRAS – mudflaps, bug deflectors, aerials

  • Bull bar and innovative Rural decorations

B & S / FERAL

  • The most dilapidated, unrepaired, run-down, poorly doctored, dirty Ute

  • Ute with the most evidence of attending a wide variety of B&S balls

  • Must be roadworthy, but have evidence of rust, dents and scratches

  • EXTRAS – mudflaps, bug deflectors, aerials, bull bar, lights, stickers and crap

CHICKS

  • Best evidence of the female touch

  • Must be registered in a female’s name – rego papers to be produced on request

  • EXTRAS – mudflaps, bug deflectors, aerials, bull bar and feminine flair

4X4 OFF ROAD 

  • The Ute that includes everything with full or part-time 4WD off-road capabilities and has evidence of having been off road

  • EXTRAS – bull bar, lights, 4WD accessories

LANDCRUISER

  • Must be a Toyota Landcruiser

  • EXTRAS - lights, nudge bar, exhaust, suspension etc

4X4 OFF ROAD WAGON

  • Must be a 4x4 Off-Road Wagon

  • EXTRAS – lights, bull bars, aerials etc.

TRUCK CATEGORY CRITERIA

All Trucks will be awarded points out of five (5) for:

  • Overall Appearance

  • Condition of Interior

  • Condition of Paintwork

BEST TRUCK 

  • Any model of Truck

  • Best condition and appearance

  • Daf, Ford, International, Iveco, Kenworth, Mack, MAN, Mercedes, Peterbuilt, Scania, Volvo, Western Star etc

BEST AMERICAN TRUCK 

  • Any model of American Truck

  • Best condition and appearance

  • Attention to detail will be noted

SHOW / RESTORED

  • Any model of Truck

  • Best condition and appearance

  • Running an advantage

  • Attention to detail will be noted

LOCAL FARM TRUCK

  • Any model of Truck

  • Used for farm work only

  • Must have BU plates or registered to a local

Welcome Musterers!!

 

We are excited to have all of you here and want you to have a great time showing off your Utes and Trucks at our 17th Boyup Brook Ute & Truck Muster.  Included in your ticket price is the opportunity to win hundreds of dollars worth of prizes, camping Saturday night, fun and games with your mates.

 

Times

  • 8:00am – Registration and line up at the Old Railway Station on Railway Parade

  • 11:00am – Leaves Railway Station parading through town then park up on the Ute & Truck Muster oval

  • 1:00pm - 7:00pm – Live Music on the Ute & Truck Muster stage

  • 1:00pm – Judging commences at the Music Park

  • 5:00pm – Presentations at the Ute & Truck Muster stage

 

Entry Fee $100 per vehicle includes:

  • Driver entry into the Ute & Truck Muster, parade and judging

  • Free camping in your Ute, Swag or Sleeper cab for Saturday night (Save $27)

  • Saturday Festival Ticket to see the huge line-up at the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival

  • All passengers to show ID at registration desk to receive their arm band

 

  1. PROHIBITED LIST

  • NO BYO – All Vehicles will be searched

  • NO dogs

  • NO trailers

  • NO engine revving or loud music after 7pm

  • NO glass

  • NO overnight camping at the Railway Station

  • NO throwing anything from vehicles in parade

 

 

UTE CATEGORY CRITERIA

All Utes will be awarded points out of five (5) for:

  • Overall Appearance

  • Condition of Interior

  • Condition of Engine Bay

  • Condition of Paintwork

EXTRAS will be rewarded with extra points as per the EXTRAS specified in each category

 

OVERALL CATEGORY CRITERIA

People’s Choice Award

  • All Ute & Truck Muster spectators are able to vote on their favourite vehicle

  • This is based on popular opinion and there are no particular criteria to fill

 

MERCHANDISE

2020 Boyup Brook Ute & Truck Muster merchandise will include:

  • Stubby holders

  • Stickers

And will be available for Pre-Order by emailing retail@countrymusicwa.com.au  

Or you can purchase on the day at the merchandise tent.
